PCM - ARW data and logics update

Problems Statement: 

1. AW- Display PAR information according to the correct PAR field name – Moved logistics change reason data to Brief description or comment column(Logistics change reason & Packaging Instructions will be filled after database is updated)
2. AW-Artwork progress data is now rely on the PCM ID, but user may not create PCM ID for all PAR, so it is requested to update the logic & pull data from BOBJ/ePALM instead and the logic of the calculation should still be the same as PCM tool 
3. AW-First batch information is missing when it is not maintain in ePALM
4. AW/NTS - Exclude the virtual PAR , i.e. any PAR with %virtual% in plant column
5. NTS-PAR/ DOM/DOE information are missing in NTS report.
6. NTS- PAR condition should be the same as AW i.e. status with "APPROVED" "IN PROGRESS" "CLOSED" & request type with "CHANGE" "NEW" "NON ARTWORK CHANGE" 

Acceptance criteria:

1. AW-Display the data of "Logistics change reason" ; 'Brief description or comment" & "Packaging Instructions" correctly
2. AW-Artwork progress data work even without PCM ID
3. AW-First batch information should refer to the BOBJ report instead of ePALM
4. AW/NTS-Exclude the virtual PAR.
5. Show complete information in NTS report. each line should have PAR number (even planned order should be able to find the corresponding PAR#) , and order with batch number should have DOM/DOE. If more than 1 PAR# applied for a batch, NTS should show the latest PAR number. (refer to Lourdes' email)
6. the PAR shown in NTS report should apply  the same conditions as AW .
