PC - ARW data and Logics update

Problems Statement: 

1. Display PAR information according to the correct PAR field name – Moved logistics change reason data to Brief description or comment column(Logistics change reason & Packaging Instructions will be filled after database is updated)
2. Allow user to copy the any PAR details information 
3. Change the default sorting of PAR number as descending order - slide 1
4. Add the component code and component, after “PAR”  - slide 2
5. Artwork progress all 0/0 for multiple PAR.  – apply the same logic as PCM tool - slide 3
6. Add “PAR text” after the "brief description or comment" - slide 4
7. Extend the text box for “brief description or comment” & “PAR text” 
8. Change the field name of “brief description or comment” to “brief description or comment for implementation"

Acceptance criteria:

1. Display the data of "Logistics change reason" ; 'Brief description or comment" & "Packaging Instructions" correctly
2. Allow user to copy the any PAR details information 
3. Show 3 latest PAR number in descending order
4. Show component and new component code of each PAR in the 2nd and 3rd line, the component and component code should arrange correspondingly , so user can map the component code with component
5. Artwork progress should apply the same logic as PCM tool ( screen shot)
6. To add “PAR text” after the "brief description or comment"
7. Text box for “brief description or comment” & “PAR text”  can be extend to show all text.
8. Change the field name of “brief description or comment” to “brief description or comment for implementation"
