TC EXEC - AFW Accord - Correct the graph displays in AFW

Problem Statement

Members of the Accord program would like to be able to isolate the Accord specific records by having an additional filter at the top of the panel for the AFW Type (Market/Plant/Accord) which filters both the graphs and the ag grid table.

The AFW graph panel could use a few cosmetic adjustment for better readability. Let's benefit for the Accord AFW work to also make those corrections

Acceptance Criteria

• Create an AFW Type filter (Market/Plant/Accord) that allows filtering of the graphs and the ag grid main tracker.
• Review graphs and correct the axis scales and units of measures
• Include color legens down the bottomw
• Can numbers labels be shown in the larger stacks or is it only possible with hover over?
