AFW for Accord - Stakeholder List population

Problem Statement

In this specific task, we would like to ensure that Accord AFW are all routed to the same list of stakeholders. Currently in the AFW for FG market, the stakeholder list is dependent on the country being documented in the country section. For Accord, we will have to auto populate the country section with "Transatlantic Accord" (country value coming from the regional hierarchy).

An Accord AFW will be brand specific but can contain multiple sku's/materials, which can be sourced from different sites.

Acceptance Criteria

• Ensure the Region / Sub REgion / Market / Country for Translatlantic Accord For Healthier World" is brought in the master data from the regional hierarchy in UDH
• Default the "Country" field to "Transatlantic Accord" once the Accord AFW is created in the main register
• Enable the AFW Master Template to allow for the documentation of the Accord Stakeholders 
• Obtain the list of actual users and create their corresponding access in Supply IQ (see below)
• Load the stakeholders with their title, levels and amount limits (see below)
• All 4 stakeholders are listed on each AFW regardless of the amount requested.
