Add SAP Short text under Root Cause

Problem Statement:

As a last Mile user for APAC region (Market Release process), I should be able to see the Delay Reason Code, NRFT Reason Code and Effective Start date pre-populated with data from SAP.

Add the Delay Reason Code and NRFT Reason Code field in the Manual entry section as view only field.

Short text format: DDMMMYY_I_ddmmmyy_DRC_R/N_NRC1_NRC2_NRC3_NRC4

Effective Start Date: DDMMMYY

Delay Reason Code: DRC + Delays Reason Category + Delays Reason Sub-category

NRFT Reason Code: NRC1_NRC2_NRC3_NRC4 + NRFT Subclass 1 + NRFT Subclass 2

The data can be found from the attached excel for the Reason code category and NRFT subclass

Pull in the complete data for DRC and NRFT Reason Code to display in the manual entry section with an 'i' button

Do a sanity test on the module to include these changes where ever required (sync with detailed table)
