[UI Feature] NetReq if not select the date from "date picker" then record is saving with 'Need by date' field value as 'undefined'

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O page
2. Enter a Material code and click on Filter
3. Select the SKU displayed in the Alter overview
4. The selected SKU is visible in the PIR grid, click on the SKU
5. Then go to the Edit toggle button.
6. The button is enabled, click on the button
7. Do not enter the Need By Date and Enter the Order Qty and hit on Enter once
8. Save changes button is displayed, now click on it.
9. Observe the result

Expected result:

User should not able to create the PO record without date

Actual Result:

User is able to see the create PO record but there is 'Need by Date column has values as 'undefined'

Cosmetic issues:

1)when we double click on date picker and close the calendar then it is displaying test as 'undefined'

2)After selecting date picker the box is not closed properly

3)After created P order, if user try to edit the quantity the Calendar is also getting displayed.
