Navigate to STO Simulations tab

Description

Proceed till STO Simulations page.

Once user gets popup for S2O MOQ Simulation and clicks OK button->

Restricted value is populated in cell.
Quantity is populated which is not multiple of MOQ(Src)

Expected result- For above scenarios, cell should default to 0 or previous quantity if it is restricted.
