      Description:

      Currently the MOQ is a multiple of the MOQ quantity maintained in Supply Info widget. Users now want the module to allow 0 quantity as well which is currently blocked by the system.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      0 quantity should be allowed in the S2O MOQ simulation
