PPL SPA - Amend the BSL/PPL User Profile to cater for SPA edit access

Problem Statement

To suppor the creation of the PPL SPA tracker in SIQ, we need to amend the PPL/BSL user access with access & edit rights for the SPA module.

Acceptance Criteria

• PPL/BSL user can access the SPA module in read & write mode
• PPL/BSL users can see all records but can only modify records as per their BU/Brand assignment in PGS SSP
• All other SIQ users will have read-only access

Description:

• Only BSL/PPL role can view the add initiative button
• Non BSL/PPL opens the screen - he/she can view the table and open the SPA initiative but cannot make any changes
