Dynamic SKU List - geographical filters issue

1. Once ‘Material’ Selection is set in ‘Filter by’ section:
2. .‘Dynamic SKU List’ is not working and is not activating the limited selection, in example below I’m checking-out SKUs which are responsible for Volume-in and Volume-out in the past and keeping only SKUs with current and future figures, but this will not impact the chart:
