Add First Sale Date to Dates Section

Add a new field First Sale Date in the DATES section. The field will populate the date based on certain logic. This logic will be defined by Julien and Vinay.

First Sale date will be auto populated when there is a CUR SAP Code for the PCM ID.

4) Report -> Generate Report -> All the Reporting options
