Demand split logic change for APIDP

Description:

Currently, upon clicking the demand split button, the user sees the value populated based on the last week of the month.

The expected functionality of demand split pop-up is to show the summation of the demands over a month.

Acceptance Criteria:

Demand split should show the summation of demands over a month.
