Save Button Functionality Enhancement for Brand Description - Exec Summary

Additional touch up on save button and finalize button for Brand Description

There is no indication that save has completed. Can save button be shaded out when there are no changes or after save or pop up that saved? If user tries to exit without saving, popup alert(Bug 28 in Bug and Fixes Excel)
