X-site meeting: Additional columns required

As User I want to be able to check:

• “Mfg Loc”
• “Loc” (related to Destination)
• “Document created by”

All options listed above should be presented per default in Repository and should be optional for document:

Acceptance Criteria:

'Mfg Loc', "Loc' and 'Document Created by' fields should be available in the cross site document - repository screen by default.

The same fields should be present as an option in the document itself.

Mfg Loc should be present before Loc column to maintain the source and destination flow
