Analysis: OS-7794 - Super Filter New - Mode of Transport (Primary)

Work to be done:

• Oscar-Web App
  • Update SuperSearch.component.html to support new parameters and values 
  • Update PIRFilters.Entity 
  • Add Primary MOT column into sr.config.ts alertIOColsDef (hidden by default)
  • add to Selected Filters

• Oscar App
  • Update PIRFiltersLogic to add new filters:
    • Modify GetPIRFiltersMapper
    • Update PIRFilter entity model
    • Modify the WEB.SP02_001_SR_GetPIRFilters_OnDemand.sql SP to get values from the table
  • Update PIRFilters to support adding new user views:
    • update Util.GeneratePIRFilter to pass the value
    • update GetUserViewFiltersMapper to get the values
    • Modify the WEB.SP02_015_SR_GetUserViewSettings_OnDemand SP to get the values
• Microservices
  • Modify GeneratePIRFilter to reflect new filter
  • Update PIRFilter entiry model
  • Update GetAlertsMapper in PIRFilterRepository
  • Modify the WEB.SP02_002_SR_GetAlerts_OnDemand_IO SP to reflect new filters
