Finalizing the Executive Summary - Ensuring no one can edit it after the finalization

Finalizes executive summary; cannot edit once finalized; will be given a date they need to make changes; is this ok if it is save and then once the date is hit, they can't change vs create new finalize button

Logic for Finalization: can be done by BSL/PPL who has access to it 

Once finalized, save button will be disabled

History Button to be enabled for Brand Summary

When user clicks on finalize button, a popup opens up -

"Once you have finalized the executive summary, you will not be able to edit it" - 

If they click ok, then it gets finalized

Save and Finalize button gets disabled

Finalized - to be put once finalize button is clicked and enabled
