Heatmap Comment Format issue with paragraph spacing

Description:

Heatmap Comment having issue with paragraph spacing.

The comment in Pulse is good, AMP team use separate paragraphs for Root cause, Impact, Mitigation, Next Milestones etc. However, when the same comment appears in Heatmap, all Paragraphs are combined together into one paragraph, sometimes missing the comma and full stop, hence is not clear to read and understand the comment in Heatmap.

Is it design that way (meaning different paragraphs in Pulse comment are combined and appear as one paragraph in Heatmap) ?

Since the one paragraph is very long and not clear to understand, the Market colleagues have to rewrite the comment before sending to Commercial, which takes up lots of time.

In order to avoid Market colleague time and effort to rewrite the supply comment update, please check if the same format from Pulse comment can be maintained in Heatmap comment format.

Acceptance Criteria:

The comments for the field SH Status PP/ES/SKU should be properly aligned in a readable format. (Different comments in separate lines)
