Development & Unit testing :OS-7794 - Add Super Filter - Primary MOT

Steps to complete:

• add Primary MOT to Parameter drop down list
• get Primary MOT opinions from the backend and show them in Value fields
• add logic into filter

  • Update PIRFiltersLogic to add new filters:
    • Modify GetPIRFiltersMapper - done
    • Update PIRFilter entity model - done
    • Modify the WEB.SP02_001_SR_GetPIRFilters_OnDemand.sql SP to get values from the table: - all done
      • add view for fetching the data
      • modify the SP to get the data from the view
      • cannot complete this point without OS-11528
  • Update PIRFilters to support adding new user views: - all done
    • update Util.GeneratePIRFilter to pass the value
    • update GetUserViewFiltersMapper to get the values
    • Modify the WEB.SP02_015_SR_GetUserViewSettings_OnDemand SP to get the values

  • Modify GeneratePIRFilter to reflect new filter - done
  • Update PIRFilter entiry model - done
  • Update GetAlertsMapper in PIRFilterRepository - done
  • Modify the WEB.SP02_002_SR_GetAlerts_OnDemand_IO SP to reflect new filters: - all done 
    • add extraction of value from XML
    • add the columne to tmp and result page
    • Add the select in both quesries for finished goods (SR_ALETRS table) and semifinihsed goods (SR_ALERTS_APIPD table)
