    Description

      Problem Statement

      Ensure BSL can also create alerts from Supply Status without restricting on the Alert Level.

      Currently the creation of alerts from Supply Status is limited to Market Planners and the alert raised is defaulted to "local" as alert level.

      Acceptance Criteria

      BSLs want to use the same functionality with the added flexibility

      • buttons may appear for any country selection for the BSLs (while this is limited to US and CA for the market planners)
      • for the alert created, the BSL can decide on which level to assigned
