S2O CI MOQ restriction in Forecasted horizon

Acceptance Criteria:

• Newly added order should be at least = MOQ
  • Example: MOQ = 100 then new order can be 100, 101, 307, 553…) it means anything >= 100 (same like Rounding Parameter = 0)
• If Rounding parameter not equal 0, then it should be considered so allowed quantity = MOQ + (n*Rounding)
  • Example: MOQ = 100, Rounding = 5 then new order can be: 100, 105, 110, 115... 555...
  • Example2: MOQ = 100, Rounding Parameter = 1 then new order could be 100, 101, 102, 103...
  • What system should do in case user enters order not matching criteria 
    • Block entering the order with pop-up: “Quantity chosen for order is not matching MOQ / Rounding criteria. Please enter corrected value”  Logic --> (enteredQuantity - moq) / roundvalue
