PPL SPA - Mass Upload SPA data maitained in the Excel tracker into SIQ

Problem Statement

SPA tracking is an existing process ran on an Excel file posted on a sharepoint at the moment. Once SIQ platform is ready, all previous records will require to be transitioned/loaded into Suppyl IQ

Acceptance Criteria

• All historical from the excel tracker are loaded into Supply IQ

• Add the dropwdown for Blueprint initiativate
