Filtering page (SR, SR Heatmap, SR Subversioning): add CSL filtering which present outputs based on horizon defined

As User I want to be able to identify CSL (Customer Service Level) impact. Impact is defined as: Stock Out impacting Customer and present in the horizon given. I want the results are filtered by based on horizon chosen.

Definition of horizon which is taken for calculation of time range analyzed:
