Download Button - Ensure the new filters are going through to the download information

    Description

      Description: Currently download button shows information related to existing filters but not the new IO filters

      As an IO user, I want to view the right backend data based on the filters selected so that I can deepdive into the data for visual widgets

      Given: As an IO User on any of the logistics persona widgets

      When: When i select i button to view the data information on widgets

      Then: I should be able to view filtered information basis all the new IO filters as well

      Data filtering to happen for download button will ensure IO users can visualize the exact backend data for every widget based on the filters and horizon selected
