SCD BU Hierarchy Impact - Code Change

> Modify Business Unit filter with new_BU data from backend.

> Add New Business Unit into SSP Portal

As User I want to have Business Units available from drop down: 

1. Primary Care Business
2. Specialty Care Business
3. Oncology Care Business
4. Pfizer Center One

Plus the old ones which will be still available:

1. Divested - Consumer
2. Upjohn

Business Unit is Parent to Sub-Business Unit so as an User I'm able to group BU selection based on Sub Business Unit
