    Description

      Comment functionality for every cell along with hover option showing the comment 

      • Ability to hover on the cell to get update will be key 
      • Ability to update comments for every cell is critical
      • All yellow cells in VSM, Inventory and MultiYear
      • 100 character limit for every comment box
      • Highlight the border if comment exists and hover to work for those
