Regression-5.0-X site- X-site- after Add item SO and SR not getting updated

1. X-site- after Add item SO and SR not getting updated on X-Site / At Site Meeting Document
2. Escalations Flag is disabled, and Escalations count always populated 0 for each SKU. 

Not working in Stg as well.
