CLONE - PCM - Bring the GRP key & descriptions from EAH (not yet avail in APO) from PCM MD to Front End

Additional notes from 19MAY22

Talking to EAH team, the UDH views we can use to extract the GRP codes and descriptions are the below:

pgs_udh_cdm.mdg_product_division

pgs_udh_cdm.mdg_material_attribute

Additionally, before engaging any work, we should check if we are able to see the below GRPs in our own data. If ok, then maybe no change required, we need to make them accessible in the PCM drop down. If not, we need to bring the missing GRPs from EAH tables above.

Problem Statement

As PCM planner, user can create PCM records from eSponsor for GRP taht do not exist yet into PCM (as not yet available in APO since no F codes are attached to them yet). Hence records get created as PLACEHOLDER brand and later have to be replaced with the correct value once it becomes available in PCM MD.

mdg UDH tables hold the complete list of GRP that we would need to have available. COuld there be aware to add all the GRP we cannot find from APO MD but can be found in MDG MD as part of the PCM MD ?

Acceptance Criteria

• Bring the GRP key & descriptions from EAH (not yet avail in APO) as part of PCM MD
• GRP may not have SAP codes associated to it yet but is available as brand for selection by users
