Supply Status - Weekly mailer to be taken down to BU level filtering

Problem Statement

For the ANZ markets, they would require to use the weekly summary mailer for BU escalation purposes. For that matter, they would require the country level weekly mail to come into country/BU level weekly mail (1 for hospital, 1 for oncology, 1 for internal medicine,...)

Acceptance Criteria

Allow the weekly mailer to be broken down by BU if needed

Put the BU name  & Country  in the email title

Make this an option accessible to all countries eventually
