CLONE - PCM - Push the GRP from esponsor tables to brand field when creating PCM incidents

Problem Statement

When creating a PCM from the esponsor exception, right now no brand is sent across automatically. We need to use the GRP code present in those esponsor views to automate the brand field population when creating the PCM ID

When the GRP code is pushed into the Brand field, the MD check needs to run to confirm the brand is correct and fetch the product, sub Bu, list of f codes, etc

Acceptance Criteria

• GRP code from esponsor is used to populate the brand field when a PCM ID is created.
• When the GRP code is pushed into the Brand field, the MD check needs to run to confirm the brand is correct and fetch the product, sub Bu, list of f codes, etc
