AFW - AFW ID 239 cannot get approved or rejected by stakeholders after resubmission

Problem Statement

AFW ID 239 cannot get approved or rejected by stakeholders after resubmission.

AFW went through a first cycle where first 5 approvers approved ok....but the sixth one declined by mistake. I have told the market that if they want to get it approved again, they had to recall the AFW and re send it for approval.

Unfortunately after they did so, none of the approvers could see the green approve button....and the AFW got stuck

Market created a new one for the sake of emergency but I think we need to find out what happened, as we want users to be able to correct and re send their AFWs for approval

Acceptance Criteria

• AFW that are resend to stakeholders for approval need to have the buttons visible again to approve or reject
• AFW 239 is now a duplicate that won't be used. Please make sure it is deleted after the investigation is concluded
