AFW - Enhance AFW to allow the AFW initiator to delete a record

Problem Statement

Users when creating AFW may sometime make mistake or create AFW that are not going to be submitted. Initiators would like to be able to delete records from the AFW platform

Acceptance Criteria

• Initiator can delete an AFW they have created
• Only AFW that are Not Approved or Cancelled can be deleted
• Pop up message is required to warn the user of the deletion action "Are you sure you want to delete the current Authorization For Work? Any deletion will be permanent and cannot be restored." YES / NO buttons
• Button can be placed in the status section next to the other existing buttons (see screenshot enclosed)
