PCM - Correction of Project Names from eSponsor REcords

Problem Statement

Some PCM incidents were created from eSponsor connectors while the project name convention was not fully functional (missing ESponsor Ref number). CAn they be corrected accordingly?

See enclosed list of PCM ID to be corrected

Acceptance Criteria

• Project names corrected to reflect correct naming convention
• List is enclosed
