Supply Alert Support - fixes

Potential Fixes List 

1) In the Business Impact graph, the bars showing the SKU count can be stacked/coloured based on Region --done

2) Validate the Filter values and removed the irrelevant values from the filters dropdowns

3) Bar chart Y axes should not show decimal values --done

4) Make sure the RRT Lead field in DSRT section can hold multiple contacts--done

5) In the DSRT section, the attendee list needs to be able to also host contacts within pfizer that do not have access to SIQ (based on regular Pfizer Outlook directory?) --done

6) Spinning wheel does not exit when trying to save an alert more than once.
