Supply Alert - Impacted SKU Count to be corrected

Problem Statement

As per current, the impacted sku count field reflect the total count of sku's listed in the Sku heatmap table. The Impacted Sku Count should reflect only the count of sku's wihtin this list that are going OOS, and not include the low stock ones in the count

Acceptance Criteria

Impacted sku count reflect the number of skus, list in the sku heatmap, going at least one week OOS in the supply alert horizon. If not OOS over the supply alert horizon, the sku does not get counted.
