Supply Alert - Change Mandatory behaviour of the Nodes section (6 fields)

Problem Statement

When trying to publish a supply alert, system will check for the completion of all mandatory fields, including the 6 fields in the "nodes" section.

Majority of the times, when alerts are raised, they will only use a selection of those nodes but never the 6 altogeter. For instance:

• An alert can be raised for a single FG site
• An alert can be raised for a combination of Region + BU
• An alert can be raised for a combination of API Site + BU + REgion...

We would like to change the behaviour to check only the presence of at least 1 of the 6 nodes filled and not all.

Acceptance Criteria

Change the mandatory behaviour of the nodes section to only ensure at least one of the fields is maintained before publishing the alert
