Supply Status - Auto Recording of Shortage Start Date & End Date

Problem Statement

history only gets recorded once there has been data input against a sku. Users would like to capture SupplyIQ Shortage Start & End dates regardles of user intervention and log them in the history log

Acceptance Criteria

• SupplyIQ Shortage Start & End dates recorded in the history log when first appearing in the PIR or when changing from one refresh to another
• data can be tagged as Modified By "System"
