Supply Alert - Subscription page needs to show a save button in selection pop up and "Update / Cancel" on the main page

Problem Statement

In current subscription page, when user is in the pop up to select sites, products,etc...it shows no sign af actual saving (although it does). 

Acceptance Criteria

Subscription page needs to show a save and cancel button in selection pop up and "Delete" on the main page
