Supply Alert - Subscription Page - Disconnect all the Sites/Regions/Markets/BUs fields from the Product field

Problem Statement

In the SA subscription page, the subscription is currently conditioned on first selecting products and then selecting correspondings sites / regions / BUs / markets as needed...

For the subcription page, users needs to be able to make independent selections in each fields, without having to specify a product first (ex: a user could decide to see anything Hospital BU and APAC region, another could decide to see everything for EUROPE and AFME regions for Freiburg Packaging Site)

Drop down can bring the full list of values

Acceptance Criteria

Disconnect all the Sites/Regions/Markets/BUs fields from the Product field
