Supply Alert - DSRT Section Detail

As a supply alert user, I want to be able to see the DSRT information (which contains below information) as one of the tabs on screen 2 to make better decision basis the information

Given: I am a supply alert user and on screen 2 for a specific supply alert

When: I select the DSRT section tab on screen 2 

Then: I should be able to view all the below information in the attahced format

• RRT Lead

Proposed layout is enclosed in email

Acceptance Criteria

• DSRT related fields go on top
• RRT related field go next
• Yes/No fields uses radio buttons
