Supply Alerts - Alert Orginator needs to receive the email alert at time of publishing

Problem Statement

In current Supply Alert module, the alert originator needs to change the alert status and hit the publish button for the alert to be distributed to the sucribers. Alert originator does not get the copy of the generated alert by email.

Ideally the alert originator also receives the email alert once published (act as confirmation that no steps were missed and that the information is shared accordingly).
