PCM - Change the Advice column behaviour in the main repository table

Problem Statement

In current PCM Tracker screen, the advice related to a PCM incident are flagged in the "A" column and represented by 4 numbers (representing the advice criticality level):

• 1 C - Critical
• 2 W - Warning
• 3 I - Information
• 4 - No Advice

While each PCM incident can have multiple advice, the most stringent level is the one assigned in the cell.

Acceptance Criteria

For ease of understanding, we would like to change the behaviour of this field:

•  the number shown in the cell would correspond to the total number of advice against the PCM incident
• the color background would reflect the level of criticality (red for critical, yellow for warning, green for information, no background for no advice). Slight change to existing color background
• the column header can be named "Advice"
