PCM - Correction of Auto Calc Templates - EUROPE Region

Problem Statement

When implementing latest Auto Calc simplifications, some of the previously existing auto calc template have become non functional:

• new auto calc set up no longer accepts "*" profiles for GSC Sub Types. All templates are to be duplicated in as many GSC Sub Tupes as existing in the GSC Type (ex: 1 NPL * template, will convert into 7 NPL templates for the different sub types)
• behaviour of the "Cascade To" field slightly differs between old and and new autocalc set up. In new set up, only the immediate next step template numbers are to be mentionned in the "Cascade To". Some older templates still hold subsequent non immediate steps numbers referenced

Acceptance Criteria

• All existing auto calc templates created prior to auto calc simplifcation are back in functional state
• All * templates are replaced by thier respective created Sub Type copies
• All "Cascade To" fields are reviewed to eliminate template numbers non refrerring to immediate next step in cascade.
