Review Check box update - GoGreen and GoodDay

Remove review check box from  header - Go Green.

Enable/Disable Review Checkbox:

  Based on Role atleast one comment should be present than only review checkbox will enable.

If comment is present but comment is old like >= 5 weeks than disable review checkbox

If user role is Production Planner than review checkbox will be enable when there is comment and global reason code set. this point is under discussion.

if comment_createdon older than 5 weeks and nextupdateby_byrole is null or in past

  then disable

else enable
