Documenting the reason for rejection of an eSponsor record - TABLEAU DB

Problem Statement

Documenting the reason for rejection of an eSponsor record. For all SR / SCR / SG records that are being ignored by users, we would like to capture the reason why the records are being rejected. This will be used for root cause analysis with the eSponsor team.

Acceptance Criteria

• Tableau database needs to be created to capture all e Sponsor records imported to PCM and record all the corresponding actions taken by users (create, consolidate, ignore, no action)
• Corresponding created or consolidated PCMs are also visible in the tableau database.
