INCIDENT:- IM40845908(SUPPLY REVIEW > DATA ISSUE > SupplyIQ > Flag updates are not showing in Pulse and in Alerts), IM41043236(SUPPLY REVIEW > Unable to update "Flag" info in the Pulse.)

Description:

There are two issues here regarding flags:

1)            Flag is updated but it does not appear in the Pulse

2)            The items do not appear in the alerts when the user filters the correct flag type “To be reviewed”

Analysis:

User has informed that when they are trying to update the flags to ‘To be Reviewed’  for  Materials, it is not getting updated and it is not appearing in Pulse chat.

We have checked their user access , User has ‘Production Planner/CS’ role with ‘PBG’ BU.
