Can this be escalated from "Low" to "Medium" priority please

Analysis:

User has informed that the Material 'F000018156'  is not appearing in the Weekly Review for PP. We have looked into the advices in the DB table 'WEB.AdvicesLogic' and found that there is no advice related to PP but the Material has other advices related to Stock out. Hence it is not appearing in the View related to PP CS advices.
