W/O Risk Field in Data Section in PCM - Connection to SIQ WO Workbench - Brainstorm

Problem Statement

Create a connection between PCM and WO workbench to display the existence of potential WO risk for the specific Country / SKU combination in the PCM incident

Investigate 2 options:

• detect the existence of WO risk for the country/sku comibnation in the workbench, and if yes, include an hyperlink taking the user to the workbench (prefiltered on the country/sku combination)
• investigate further if the WO value can be tied up specifically to the batch number impacted or the dates for the last batch supplied on specific code or discontinued code

Value brought from the WO workbench needs to be displayed by default but can still be overwirtten by the planner. 

Acceptance Criteria

W/O Risk field is updated to accept entries from user

W/O risk field is updated to show potential value fetched from WO workbench

W/O risk field has an hyperlink to open the workbench in a new tab.
