Correction of the Project Name for SR/SCR that were created missing

Problem Statement

For the PCM entries created from the esponsor connector before the project name was fully functional and captured the SR/SCR number, update the project names with the new corrected nomenclature.

Acceptance Criteria

• All PCM incidents created from epsonsor have the right & complete project name convention and mentionning the SR/SCR number
• Include the Esponsor Request number as a a field in the main table (non editable column, unlike the project field that user can modify if they want)
