Documenting the reason for rejection of en eSponsor record

As a PCM user, I want to provide a reason for rejecting an eSponsor record, so that the reason is recorded for rejection and we do not miss an ignored record

Problem Statement

Documenting the reason for rejection of an eSponsor record. For all SR / SCR / SG records that are being ignored by users, we would like to capture the reason why the records are being rejected. This will be used for root cause analysis with the eSponsor team.

Acceptance Criteria

• New "Reason For Rejection" field is created in all 3 SR / SCR / SG tables
• Field is free text field (limit100 characters) and is to be mandatory filled if user selects the "ignore record" action
