Problem Statement

Integrate Action Buttons for the eSponsor Sourcing Grid table, allowing user to

• create PCM incident
• consolidate with existing PCM incident
• ignore record

Acceptance Criteria

Please see actions as per enclosed ppt deck

• Additionaly, keep the tally of the number of records created / ignored at the individual Sourcing Grid level
• Any record for a Souring Grid that has been actioned can drop from the list and only reflected in the running tally (similar to SR and SCR)
